100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Here at Jacaranda Finance, we stand by our quality customer service and our products, putting your satisfaction as our top priority. In fact, we are committed to giving our customers the best experience possible that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If for any reason, we don't meet your expectations and you are not 100% satisfied with our customer service, we'll give you $100 within 2 business days of receiving your funded personal loan. Simply follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at feedback@jacarandafinance.com.au within 2 business days of receiving your funded personal loan;
- Submit your claim and let us know why you're not satisfied with our service;
- Once we process and approve your claim, we will provide you with $100 via bank transfer.
Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions will apply:
- "Jacaranda Finance", "Jacaranda", "we", "use", "our" means Jacaranda Finance Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 078 195) of 349 Coronation Drive, Milton, Queensland, Australia 4064.
- "You", "your", "yours" means the person that is Jacaranda's customer.
- "Product", "products" means any of Jacaranda's personal loans or car loans
- "Guarantee" means our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee which is offered to you under these Guarantee terms and conditions.
General
- Jacaranda Finance will honour a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Information on how to claim the Guarantee forms part of these terms and conditions. By making a claim, claimants agree to these terms and conditions. Claims must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
- Jacaranda Finance reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, including ending the guarantee promotion at any time.
- Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify or purports to limit the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("CCA") as well as any other similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the non-excludable Guarantees, Jacaranda Finance (including its related companies) will not accept any responsibility for late or misdirected claims and is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by Jacaranda Finance or its related companies, arising in connection with the Guarantee.
- In the course of providing the Guarantee, Jacaranda Finance may collect personal information and may disclose such personal information to third parties assisting with the Guarantee, including agents, contractors, and service providers. Jacaranda Finance will use and handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.jacarandafinance.com.au/about/privacy-policy/
- The Guarantee is provided by Jacaranda Finance Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 078 195) of 349 Coronation Drive, Milton, Queensland, Australia 4064.
Eligibility
- The Guarantee is only valid for customers who have a funded loan by Jacaranda Finance Pty Ltd and can only be applied for via the Jacaranda Finance website from 24/03/2022.
- The Guarantee is only valid for new customers only.
- Only one claim will be permitted per customer.
- Employees and their immediate families of Jacaranda Finance and its related companies associated with this Guarantee are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- Jacaranda Finance reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant's identity, address and any information from claimants relevant to their claim) and to reject any claim if, in Jacaranda Finance's reasonable opinion the claim is false, invalid, fraudulent or ineligible. If your claim is assessed as valid, Jacaranda will provide you with instructions on how to receive your cash.
- To be eligible for the Guarantee, you must:
- Be aged 19 years old or over;
- Be an Australian resident or permanent citizen, with an Australian residential address;
- Have a funded loan with Jacaranda Finance and retain proof of contract;
- Contact us via email at feedback@jacarandafinance.com.au within 2 business days of receiving your funded loan:
- Include all your details, including your full name, contact number, email address, state of residence, loan ID, and explanation of the reason for the claim; and
- Submit the fully completed email within 2 business days of receiving your funded loan;
- If you don't receive 100% customer satisfaction, make a claim in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Claim validity
- If Jacaranda Finance requires any further information to validate a submitted claim via feedback@jacarandafinance.com.au, we will inform the claimant by email or phone.
- The claimant will then have 2 business days from the date of the notification email or call to provide the requested information to Jacaranda Finance, unless expressly stated otherwise in the notification email or call. Jacaranda Finance may, in its absolute discretion, invalidate any claim if the relevant claimant fails to provide the further requested information within 2 business days of the notification email by Jacaranda Finance.
- The Guarantee and/or any time period that claimants have to make claims and provide further information may be extended in Jacaranda's absolute discretion.
- Jacaranda Finance reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Jacaranda's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Claimants are responsible for ensuring their correct contact number, email address, bank account details, and address details are provided and any updated details are notified to Jacaranda Finance. Jacaranda Finance accepts no responsibility should an otherwise Eligible Claimant fail to receive the cash because of a failure to provide correct details or to notify of a change to those details, or for providing invalid proof.
Claiming the guarantee
- This Guarantee is limited to customers who have a funded loan from Jacaranda Finance.
- You may only claim the Guarantee within 2 business days of the date you received your funded loan.
- To claim the Guarantee, you must contact us by email at feedback@jacarandafinance.com.au and include:
- Your personal details including name and postal address;
- Loan ID;
- A brief explanation of why you are not satisfied and to register your claim.
- Any costs or charges associated with accessing Jacaranda Finance's website for the purpose of registering a claim, and all ancillary costs in submitting a claim are each claimant's responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Jacaranda Finance makes no guarantee of the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for interruption of service that may interfere with the ability to participate in the Guarantee or to receive an EFT.
- Eligible Claimants will be notified by email to their nominated email address that their claim has been deemed valid within 2 business days.
- An eligible claimant who submits a valid claim will receive $100. The cash will be paid via online banking and sent to your nominated bank account where your loan was deposited. Only those entrants who provide all the required information will be eligible for the Guarantee.
- If an Eligible Claimant becomes aware that they submitted incorrect bank account information, the Eligible Claimant must immediately notify Jacaranda Finance of the Eligible Claimant's error and provide correct bank account information.
- Jacaranda Finance will process each payment within 2 business days of confirming the claim. The Eligible Claimant may need to allow further time for the funds to be cleared by their bank.
