2. Terms of Entry

Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the schedule above.
The Promotion is open only to eligible entrants who comply with the Entry Method requirements.
Participation open during the Promotion Period only.
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
Winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter will conduct a redraw as per the schedule. The redraw winner will also have 3 days to respond after contact is made.
The Promoter will provide the prize components as follows: the cash contribution will be paid via bank transfer (EFT) to the winner’s nominated bank account, and the NRL Magic Round tickets and accommodation booking details will be sent via email. The winner is responsible for providing valid bank account and email details when contacted.
By entering, entrants grant the Promoter permission to announce them as the winner on Jacaranda Finance’s official Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok pages after contact has been made.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter.
