After graduating from The University of Queensland with a business degree, Daniel quickly climbed the ranks at Cash Converters International (ASX:CCV). By 2010, at the age of 23, he managed the national online lending arm of the company in Australia and was instrumental in its expansion into the UK market, spending parts of 2011 and 2012 on the ground.

It was during his time in the more advanced UK lending market that the founding vision to launch Jacaranda was formed, noticing the rapid adoption of digital lending. Since 2014, when Daniel launched Jacaranda Finance, he has been the company's Chief Executive Officer.

In 2021, Jacaranda landed a spot in the Australian Financial Review Fast 100 list and has won many awards. Daniel himself has won awards, including the BNA Australian Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Finance, Professional Services) for 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023, as well as ranking in the top 100 Young Entrepreneurs in Australia from 2018 to 2023.

Andrew is a seasoned executive with a passion for driving innovation and creating world-class products. As the Chief Product Officer at Jacaranda Finance, Andrew's main objective is to be cost-effective and efficient. Andrew also plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's product strategy and overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.

With over ten years of experience in the technology and product management space, Andrew has a proven track record of delivering high-impact, customer-centric solutions. He is known for his ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that products not only meet market demands but also drive sustainable growth.

Peter is an experienced campaigner in the finance industry with over 20 years of experience in commercial and financial management, including ASX-listed environments. Prior to joining Jacaranda Finance, Peter served as the National Manager of Personal Finance at Cash Converters International Ltd. He was also instrumental in building one of Australia's preeminent lenders, which was eventually acquired by Cash Converters.

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Gavin brings with him more than 30 years across the financial and technology space. Gavin has diverse experience designing and building technology architecture, systems, security, and controls in the financial services sector. Gavin is instrumental in shaping Jacaranda's financial strategy and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and investment strategies.

Neil has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, specialising in identifying opportunities to diversify and adapt businesses for relevance and growth.

With over 20 years of experience in Risk & Compliance in the Finance industry, Janine brings extensive experience and expertise to our team, and she has proven experience navigating the complex landscape of risk and regulatory compliance. We take risk management and compliance seriously, and Janine plays a pivotal role in ensuring that we operate with the highest standards of integrity and security.

George brings a wealth of experience from a successful career in consumer lending to Jacaranda Finance. Previously serving as a Business Development Manager at Plenti and Connective Home Loans, he is now entrusted with the mission of creating value for our partners and enhancing our products to better serve our customers.

As the Head of Growth at Jacaranda Finance, Matthew is an experienced marketing and commercial growth expert. With a proven track record of over ten years of delivering accelerated and commercial growth in his previous roles at Canstar and Little Hinges, Matthew brings a unique blend of strategic vision and operational expertise to Jacaranda Finance.

After his role as Manager of Search & Analytics at Cover-More Group, Nick joined Jacaranda Finance as Head of Marketing with 10 years of experience. He is responsible for developing, executing, and optimising cutting-edge campaigns from conception to launch in both Paid Media and CRO.

With almost a decade of industry experience, Ryan is a foundation member of the Jacaranda Finance team. His role involves overseeing the complete loan assessment process and leading a team of credit assessors committed to delivering an engaging and efficient client experience while upholding our responsible lending guidelines.

Ryan is a results-driven leader who strives to understand our client's needs and implement change, enabling us to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Ashleigh has spent over 15 years in customer-focused roles in the finance industry. Before joining Jacaranda, Ash gained experience at Latitude and Cash Converters. Ash manages a large customer services team tasked with everything consumer-centric (credit control, hardship, resolutions) to make dealing with Jacaranda Finance as seamless as possible for our customers.
