(1) Applying for a loan with Jacaranda Finance takes most applicants 5 to 12 minutes, but it could take longer depending on several factors such as but not limited to how fast you are at typing or if you have all the required information on hand.

(2) We do not guarantee same-day outcomes for all customers. Most customers get a same day outcome on their loan application provided they complete a loan application and provide all supporting information we request before 3pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on a normal business day. Customers that complete an application or provide requested supporting information after 3pm AEST (or outside of business day working hours) will receive an outcome the following business day.

(3) Once an applicant has been approved and they have signed a contract, we automatically attempt to release the money to the applicant's bank account. Most customers have a New Payments Platform (NPP) bank account and receive the money in their bank account within 60 seconds. For other customers, the money will be available overnight on weekdays and overnight the following business day if approved on a weekend or public holiday.

(4) We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period for all loan products. Anyone unsatisfied with their loan for any reason, can return the total principal funds, including any payments made to third parties on your behalf, within a 48-hour cooling-off period and cancel their loan. If you have purchased a vehicle or other item with your loan, Jacaranda Finance does not require the seller to cancel the sale or release the funds back to you. Returning your purchase to the dealer, to the seller or to Jacaranda Finance doesn't qualify as a loan cancellation. The loan is only cancelled once the funds have been received and have cleared into the Jacaranda Finance bank account.

(5) We do not guarantee an increase in credit score. Individual results may vary. Credit reporting is processed in batches and may take over a month to reflect on your credit report. Credit bureaus are individual agencies not owned or controlled by Jacaranda Finance Pty Ltd. Credit scores are independently determined by credit bureaus. We will process and submit your account to the bureau/s but cannot guarantee that the bureau/s will accept and report your file promptly. There may be some functional or technical issues.

(6) Does not apply to unsecured personal loans. For secured personal loans and car loans, your bureau credit score will not affect whether you qualify if it is 1 or higher.
