Entry Method	To enter, customers must apply for, be approved for, sign and receive funding under an eligible Personal Loan or Car Loan during the Promotion Period. To remain eligible, the loan must remain active and not be in arrears, in default, or in dispute at the time of the Prize Draw.
Number of Entries	One (1) entry per eligible funded customer.
Prize	The winner will choose between: One (1) brand-new BYD Shark 6 Premium (2026 model) drive-away; or AUD $50,000 cash. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.

Finance approval remains subject to Jacaranda Finance's lending criteria, responsible lending obligations and applicable laws. Participation in this Promotion does not influence or guarantee any lending decision, loan terms or approval outcome.
The Promoter may verify the identity, eligibility and loan status of any entrant or winner and may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who provides false, misleading or fraudulent information.
If a winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails verification or does not claim the prize within the Claim Period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw. Any redraw winner must satisfy the same eligibility requirements.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for any other benefit, except as required by law.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries or contact details.
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities associated with the Promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
