2. Terms of Entry

1. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the schedule above.
2. The Promotion is open only to eligible entrants who comply with the Entry Method requirements.
3. Participation open during the Promotion Period only.
4. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
5. Winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days, the Promoter will conduct a redraw as per the schedule. The redraw winner will also have 5 business days to respond after contact is made.
7. The Promoter will provide the prize components as follows: the cash contribution will be paid via bank transfer (EFT) to the winner’s nominated bank account within 3 business days. The winner is responsible for providing valid bank account and email details when contacted.
8. Acceptance of the prize is conditional on the winner consenting to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter.
11. Social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) are not affiliated with this promotion and are not responsible for any element of it.
12. The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and distributing prizes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
13. This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
14. Multiple entries from the same person or account will be disqualified.
15. If for any reason this promotion is incapable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion subject to applicable laws.
