The rankings are primarily based on confidential employee feedback collected through Great Place to Work’s Trust Index™ survey, which assesses workplace experience across areas including credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
For our Head of People Success, Julia Paino, the recognition is particularly meaningful because it reflects the experiences of the people who work at Jacaranda every day.

Building on our 2025 result

This year’s result builds on our previous recognition in the Best Workplaces in Australia 2025, where Jacaranda Finance ranked #26 in the Small business category.
Moving from #26 in 2025 to #11 in 2026 is a result we’re proud to share, while our #3 position in Finance & Insurance provides further recognition of the workplace our team has built together.

A year of recognition for Jacaranda Finance

Our workplace recognition comes during a year of broader industry success for Jacaranda Finance.
We also secured three wins at the 2026 Finder Innovation Awards – AI Credit & Lending Innovation, People’s Choice Lending Innovation and People’s Choice Most Innovative Team – as well as two additional finalist positions.
More recently, we expanded our personal and car loan options in response to customer demand for greater borrowing flexibility. The changes include higher maximum loan amounts, longer loan terms and lower starting rates on secured products, giving eligible customers more choice when considering their finance options.
