Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Schedule of Key Details

Promotion Name: Jacaranda Finance – Dream Car Giveaway

Promotion Period: Opens 11 August 2025 at 12:00 AM AEST. Closes 31 August 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST

Eligible States/Territories: All Australian states and territories except NT.

Eligible Entrants: Australian residents aged 19 years or older, excluding NT residents. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible.

Entry Method: Entrants must (1) like or follow Jacaranda Finance on Facebook or Instagram, and (2) comment on the official competition post describing their “dream car”. One entry per person only.

Number of Entries: One entry per person across both platforms (duplicate entries will not be accepted).

Prizes: 5 x $100 digital Visa Gift Cards

Total Prize Value: AUD $500 (including GST)

Prize Draw: 11:30 AM AEST on 4 September 2025 at Jacaranda Finance, 339 Coronation Drive, Milton QLD 4064

Notification of Winners: Winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) on the platform they entered (Facebook or Instagram) within 3 business days of the draw.

Claim Period: Winners must respond within 14 days of being contacted to claim their prize.

Unclaimed Prize Draw: 23 September 2025 at 11:30 AM AEST, same location.

Public Announcement: Confirmed winners will be announced on Jacaranda Finance’s official Facebook and Instagram pages after contact has been made.

2. Terms of Entry

Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the schedule above.
The Promotion is open only to eligible entrants who comply with the Entry Method requirements.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Participation is free and open during the Promotion Period only.
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
Winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter will conduct a redraw as per the schedule. The redraw winner will also have 14 days to respond after contact is made.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter will distribute prizes via email using digital Visa gift cards. It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide a valid email address when contacted.
Entrant comments submitted as part of this promotion may be used by the Promoter for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes. By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and publish the content of their entry.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) are not affiliated with this promotion and are not responsible for any element of it.
The Promoter collects personal information solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and distributing prizes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Multiple entries from the same person or account will be disqualified.
