This promotion is open to residents of the following Australian states and territories: ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, and WA. Residents of NT are ineligible to participate.

Promotion Period:

Concludes: 14 April 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Entrants:
Entry is restricted to Australian residents (excluding NT) who meet the method of entry requirements and are 19 years of age or older at the commencement of the promotion period.  Entry to the promotion is only available to existing Jacaranda finance customers, including current customers who are subscribed to our check your credit score service.

Prize Details:
Four (4) digital Visa Gift Cards valued at $250 each will be awarded. Each gift card will be delivered electronically via email.

Method of Entry:
To enter, participants must, during the promotional period:

• Complete the designated survey form via the provided website link.
• Each customer is limited to one (1) entry during the promotional period.

Maximum Number of Entries:
One (1) entry per customer during the promotion period.

Prize Draw Details:
The prize draw will occur at 3:00 PM AEST on 21 April 2025.

Notification of Winners:
Winners will be notified via email and phone within 14 days following the prize draw.

Public Announcement of Winners:
Winners will be announced via a post on Jacaranda Finance's official Facebook page.

Unclaimed Prize Draw:
If a prize remains unclaimed for 45 days following the original draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 3:00 PM AEST on 5 June 2025.

Notification of Unclaimed Prize Winners:
Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via email and phone.

Public Announcement of Unclaimed Prize Winners:
Unclaimed prize winners will be announced via Jacaranda Finance’s social media platforms.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. The instructions on how to enter and the details of the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Entry"). Participants are required to read these Terms in conjunction with the Schedule. Entry into this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
   
2. Entry is restricted to individuals residing in the eligible Australian states and territories as specified. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and their immediate families associated with the Promoter are ineligible to participate.
   
3. The Promotion will proceed strictly within the specified promotion period. All references to time will be determined according to the state or territory in which the Promoter resides.
   
4. The total prize pool is defined in the Total Prize Value section of the Schedule.
   
5. Prizes will be distributed exclusively via electronic funds transfer or in the form of digital gift cards as described in the Prize Details section.
   
6. Entrants are responsible for all expenses incurred in the process of entering the Promotion. No reimbursement will be provided for any costs incurred, regardless of whether or not the entrant wins a prize.
   
7. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
   
8. Prizes will be allocated to valid entrants drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize Draw details. The Promoter reserves the right to draw reserve entries to ensure prizes are awarded should initial winners prove ineligible.
   
9. The Promoter will attempt to notify winners via the method outlined in the Notification of Winners section. It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure their contact details are correct.
   
10. Each prize must be accepted as awarded; no alternative prizes or compensation will be provided for unclaimed or unused portions of the prize.
    
11. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Any personal information collected will be managed in accordance with Jacaranda Finance’s Privacy Policy.
    
12. Social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram are not affiliated with or responsible for this Promotion.
